BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy Online Training and Development Student Agreement
The purchaser completing this transaction of an annual online membership agrees to adhere to all policies, disclaimers, refund policies, and payment plans, including any applicable monthly payment obligations.
This agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between the student (hereafter referred to as “Student”) and KMcNea and Company Inc., owners of the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy.
Enrollment: Student is enrolling in online training offered by KMcNea & Company Inc. for training and development offered by the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy and agrees to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner as outlined in the enrollment process.
Intellectual Property: All materials in the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and written content, are the sole property of the KMcNea & Company Inc. and are protected by copyright law. Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the materials without express written consent from KMcNea & Company Inc.
Refund Policy: Student agrees to the KMcNea and Company Inc. policy that is posted on the BoarditudeTM public website, and acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their enrollment decision.
Limitation of Liability: KMcNea and Company Inc. offers no representation or warranty with respect to the content of the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy training, courses, videos, and resources. Student agrees to assume all risks associated with their enrollment and acknowledges that the KMcNea and Company Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from their participation in the the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy.
Termination of Agreement: This agreement may be terminated by either party with or without cause upon written notice if in compliance with the KMcNea and Company Inc. Refund Policy and Terms of Agreement Policy available on the public BoarditudeTM website. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this agreement shall cease, except that the provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive, shall survive termination.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KMcNea and Company Inc. and the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academyis located, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions.
By enrolling in the BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy, Student agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Once your payment has been processed and validated, you will automatically be directed to the private membership area where you will enter your user name/password, and begin your BoarditudeTM Insiders Academy journey. As long as you are a member in good standing, you are grandfathered in annually at your initial entry-level price and will have access to published content that you have signed up for.
